Hobart Assembly welcomes people from all backgrounds and provides a diverse array of ministry programs focused on missions and outreach, marriage counseling, spiritual growth, and scriptural understanding. The church also offers programs for every age group including the midweek Refuel gathering, which is designed for the whole family.
Refuel is a discipleship service that lasts for one hour and fifteen minutes and takes place each Wednesday from September to June. The goal of this program is to provide adults and children with a firm understanding of the scriptures. The service begins with singing in the sanctuary and is followed by communion before everyone is then dismissed to their age-appropriate classes.
Differing from the church’s connect groups where people meet to connect as individuals, Refuel is focused on teaching the scriptures line by line to impart God’s word into the lives and hearts of Christ-followers. All teaching is provided in a clear, simple, and anointed manner by the church’s dedicated ministry team members.
